I was surprised to see so many negative reviews here. My first experience shopping online with CompUSA was terrific. Firstly, they had the best price on the product I was ordering (saved me 7 months waiting for a rebate), and the product was shipped for free and arrived the second business day after ordering! And this was Thanksgiving weekend. I ordered the night before Thanksgiving, and the product arrived early morning Saturday. Cannot beat that!
As far as site navigation, shopping experience, etc, I noticed nothing frustrating or confusing about CompUSA's website. But with that said, nothing was exceptional either. A good, solid online store.
