"Good machines. Terrible customer service. I've purchased two Dell Notebooks in the past 7 years. While both of my notebooks have had problems from day one, they have been good machines. Even after sending my first notebook back to Dell, it came back with the problem unresolved. My second notebook came with operating system problems . . . really basic ones. For example, the "search for files" function does not work. The genius I spoke to in India told me I need to upgrade. UPGRADE to do a function my mac-plus could do in 1983! Come on Dell. You can do better than that! "
