I was looking for a hard to find Casio G-Shock watch. I found a couple of places that sold it, but Great Timing had the lowest price -- and free shipping on all orders. I ordered the watch and it was shipped the same day! That is something that I am not used to, this was great service. There was a snafu with the Post Office and when I contacted Great Timing about the shipping, they were very helpful. They gave me the tracking number on the order and I was able to find out that the snafu was not Great Timing's fault, but the Post Office's fault. When I finally got the watch, it was in perfect condition as I described.
Shortly after, I ordered an Invicta 2248 from Great Timing because they are such nice people. They shipped the watch (again) the day that it was ordered and this time via UPS. The watch arrived two days later! That was so fast! Caroline at Great Timing helped me also with this shipment, providing tracking information. The watch arrived so quick that I was surprised to find the box on the door step! The watch was well packaged and just as described on the website.
I can't express how helpful Great Timing was with my orders. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a watch (or watches)! They have the lowest prices around, free shipping, and great customer service. You won't get this kind of customer service from "big box" online stores like Amazon!
