Rude, arrogant, patronizing people. Do not give them your business. They tried to sell me a camera that had no battery, and even claimed that it was my fault (that I ordered a "replacement model" camera, when that's not what it says on the website). Then, when I said, "Forget it, I want to cancel my order," the guy kept saying "Whaddya mean, 'cancel?'" He gave me a hard time for wanting to take my business elsewhere. Jerks!
