Pros: Small, nice camera, video (T-mobile) has real LCD screen. Lots of storage, clear speaker phone.
Cons: Confusing to figure everything out at first, hard to dial numbers without looking at keyboard

I have had this phone about 3 months, it has held up great. I have 3 friends who have them through Cingular; they have had them around 6 months and have not had any problems as well. Mine is through T-Mobile, unlike Cingular mine has a video camera.
If you like technology this is the phone for you, it is a little more complicated then the average cell phone and it took me a week or so to get used to it but I am glad that I purchased it.
