Dick Blick is a great company- it is not widely known that it's prices are cheaper than famous discount stores like Pearl Paint.
I ordered some expensive sheets of paper online, the delivery took a little longer than I would have liked and of course the sheets were all dented in the corner- paper is a hard thing to ship though. I wrote an e-mail asking for a partial discount since I didn't have time to wait for them to deliver the order again. They wrote back immediately and gave me a full refund and let me keep the paper and were very apologetic. So mistakes can happen but they are eager to correct them and to keep your business!
