Pricerite photo is by far the worst internet sales organization I have ever dealt with. In dealing with their sales staff, "Joseph" in particular, I secured absolutely no assistance. I emailed and/or called this organization approximately 25-30 times in order to arrange a specific delivery date. Not once were my calls or emails returned and when I managed to get Joseph on the line I was lied to. For a period of 2 weeks I was told that my shipment was going to be delivered on the date requested. The date passed and numerous additional emails and phone calls were placed and a new delivery date was agreed upon. Again, the date passed and no delivery. This is where my story ends, no shipment in hand and an email from FEDEX (not the shipping agency I was told would be handling my goods) with a tracking number and delivery date well past that originally quoted. It is not the tardiness of the shipping but the utter lack of respect and service on the part of Joseph and the rest of the customer service staff. At this point I would love to cancel my order with them and spend any amount to deal with another company.
