I am going tittle it "HOW DO I QUIT SMOKING #2 ???". It is just the continuation on how well/badly this is working. Follow it up...

Wow, you really speak from the heart on this, that is very inspiring! I too am a smoker, but I don't think I'm at the stage where I'm really ready to quit yet. At any rate, best of luck to you on your quitting; you're doing the right thing! Take care & keep the faith~~~

I think this topic is not only particular to me.
I believe many smokers go through the same decision making doubts.
Writting about it already gives me the courage to get started, and reading about it could give readers courage to get inspired and also get started.
