Good question. I thought it was an odd number myself and too high. Must be meant to discourage cancellations. It would behoover customers to be sure before clicking those keys. You wreak a lot of havoc by canceling.

Sounds like they have great prices. However, I thought the following was a bit peculiar:
Online Vacshop reserves the right to charge a 9.5% cancellation fee.
I mean, why 9.5% ? How did they decide on that? Why not 9% or 10%?
