DJ DEALS RETURN POLICY is one of the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD AS A CONSUMER. You gotta hear this so you do not fall victim to Steve's web of tactical manipulation if, by any godforsaken chance you have to use this site and, god forbid, you have to return an item...check it out:
the following personal account is a story about how to NOT run a business: you are not allowed to even BREAK THE TAPE on the box per DJ DEALS "return policy". because this warrants what Steve later referred to as "an open box" resale that was illegal for him to resell. Unbelievable, and untrue. So, you had better hope that everything is PERFECT when you get it because if you make the mistake of being excited about your purchase and actually LOOK AT YOUR NEW MERCHANDISE, HE WILL PENALIZE YOU 20% as a "restocking fee" in the event that you have to return it. I unfortunately received the wrong mixer from them & when i wrote him to tell him that i did not believe that this policy applied to me because i HAD NEVER EVEN OPENED THE PACKAGE (other than cutting the tape on the box), he replied to me with a smartass, "sorry".
Steve, Good luck on running a business where you screw anyone you can for meager profit margins and put yourself first. that will take you far in life buddy - and about calling you out for all your future customers to see? SORRY.
