Pre-sales support was excellent, but post-sale customer support is nonexistent. I had a few questions about a game, so I sent an email, and received a detailed response within 24 hours. I went ahead and bought the game through them, and was fairly satisfied with the service and delivery time. The game, however, was not what I was looking for. I asked for a RMA per the return policy found on the website, and have yet to receive a response. Its been a week since I placed the request. So, in my experience, once GameQuestDirect has your money, they completely ignore you. Buy at your own risk!
