Absolutely Horrible. The most arrogant and spiteful customer service I have ever experienced

I recently ordered a Garmin automotive kit for my Garmin GPS 276C from an on line link that connected me to The Twister Group. The link specified that the automotive kit was the appropriate kit for my particular model and I ordered it from Twister. To Twisters credit, they delivered the unit on time via the 2nd day air option I had selected. However, the unit I received did not fit my Garmin model and I called Twister to return it for one that would fit my unit. They informed me that I would be responsible for a 20% restocking fee (which they said is clearly advertised on their website) and that it was my fault I had ordered the wrong part and they were not responsible for sending me a wrong unit because they do not check compatibility. I explained that I had specified my particular model on the link that connected me to them. They said they could only accept returns with a 20% restocking fee. I asked them to send me a return authorization. When I received the authorization, I agreed to their 20% return fee and told them I would not do business with them again and would post my experience on the internet. They wrote me back and said because I was posting negative publicity, they would refuse to accept my return. When I wrote back and said I would contest the charge with my credit card company, they wrote me back and said they would place my name on a fraudulent buyers list that they would share with thousands of businesses around the country, even though I have already agreed to their return charge and have paid for the material. I have still not received a return authorization from The Twister Group. I also have a Garmin unit that doesn't work for me.
The Twister Group is absolutely the most arrogant, most spiteful organization I have ever worked with.
