The vendor sent two clocks instead of one in separate packages. I opened one, tested it, could not hear the bell, and went online to inquire about return of both. Cost about $21 to send one clock back to Canada. After multiple emails and some confusion, vendor gave me a US address to send the second one. Received email indicating they will refund cost of the one clock they had charged me for and the shipping cost about $8)of the second clock.
