I placed my order online after comparing prices with many other sites. This was the lowest by far but WATCH OUT!!! The next day I checked my order online and there was a notation that said, Order on hold, Contact Ben. I tried to call but the customer service was closed. The next day (3rd day)I received a phone call from USA Photonation. They told me I had neglected to choose my accessories. I told him I did not want to purchase any accessories, I only wanted the video camera. They said I needed to choose a battery and charger because the camera did not come with these items. The advertised price was for the camera only. Basically they were charging extra for items packed by the manufacturer meant to be sold with the item. (this was a Canon optura 600). They were very rude and would not listen to me at all. He kept telling me I would need the software and battery charger and it would be smart to go ahead and purchase these items now. The camera was advertised at $569 and he wanted me to change my order to over $1100. This guy talked right over me every time I tried to tell him anything. VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALE TACTICS!!!! Please go to the Better Business Bureau online and check this out. They do this to everyone and once they have your credit card number you can't cancel without paying a 7% cancel fee. I had to call Visa and cancel my card 2 weeks before Christmas! Thanks to these crooks I have gone to a lot of trouble because of their dishonesty. STAY AWAY!
