TERRIBLE ! Told item was in stock when it was not and was never adviced

It has been a horrible experience shopping online with abtectronics for christmas.! THey sent me an email confirming my request and that my item WAS IN STOCK! Five days later I called in to customer service to find out my tracking number, and they tell me that the item I had requested (of which I was confident was on its way to my home) was not in stock and had not been in stock when I requested it! I would NOT be getting it for Christmas! I was fuming! Not only was the message that they had sent me a complete LIE, but I had NEVER received and email to inform me that my item was not in stock! If I had not called that day, my son would have not had a christmas gift to open on christmas day. The explanation I got from the customer service department was" humans make mistakes and that they were to busy on christmas time". But these humans did not make any mistake in charging my credit card the next day even though they did not have the item in stock!!
So my advice to you, if you want to have a gift to open for Christmas, DON NOT SHOP WITH ABTELECTRONICS!!
