BE VERY WEARY OF THIS COMPANY!!! Attatched is the email response I received from S.D.C in regards to my email threatening to dispute the charges for the item I ordered, but am not able to track. Order placed on 12-11-05, order to be shipped on 12-12-05 (as per S.D.C email) As of today 12-19-05 the USPS has no record of the package being sent, nor info on the tracking number. The email from MIKE at SUPERDUPERCLUB.COM speaks for itself......... Your order has been shipped and will take at least seven business days to arrive.
If you dispute the charge, we will immediately take the following actions against you:
- WE WILL REPORT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS WELL AS YOUR FULL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THE COLLECTION AGENCIES FOR THE COLLECTION OF FUNDS.
- WE WILL REPORT YOU TO INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH OUR SHIPPING POLICES WHICH ARE CLEARLY STATED ON OUR WEB SITE.
In addition, we will take all the necessary actions against you to prevent ignorant individuals like yourself from abusing the system.

Please be advised that if you are not able to track or locate your package, and ask for proof of shipping by a certain date, you are termed "ignorant AND abusive". This is the customer service you can come to expect from SUPERDUPERCLUB.com I reiterate, my complaint is not about when it will arrive, (I chose the shipping method)but supply me with proof that it was shipped as reported by your "order was processed and will ship on ?/?/?" email.
