WORST site, poor customer service, misleading and dishonest

This was probably the WORST on-line shopping experience I've had with a store. Folica took my order, CHARGED me for it, and I never received a confirmation email or an email confirming shipment. When I tried to use their "LIVE" help, it was simply a method of emailing them a MESSAGE, not LIVE help. I called their toll-free customer service line, and it was BUSY almost every single time I called. When I finally got through, it routes you through a strange circular system where you have to keep pressing "1" to hold for a customer rep. I did this for a good 15 minutes before finally giving up. I left THREE messages (they give you the option of just leaving a message) and never got a call back. I emailed their email address they have on their customer service section, and never received an answer. I am convinced they do not care about your order--they are quick to take your money, but slow to answer your questions and respond to any concerns you have about your order. They don't even provide a confirmation email (even though they indicate that they will do so on their very own site!). Furthermore, if an item is backordered, you do not get the courtesy of notification of this fact and you do not know this right away when ordering. Unfortunately, I only learned this AFTER I placed my order. I am now short $125.95 without any product, and Christmas is closely approaching. I definitely DO NOT recommend this site.
