I wanted to print a 24x36 inch poster-sized enlargement from an 8 MP digital camera. Most online stores such as Snapfish and Shutterfly did not offer poster sizes beyond 20x30. I was able to sign up for an account, upload my photo, and process my order without difficulty. I received a confirmation email upon completing my order and a 2nd confirmation email upon shipping. Printing time was within the stated estimate, and shipping via USPS Priority Mail took 4 days which I was happy with, since they estimated 3-7 business days and the upper limit would have been past Christmas day. Packing was professional. The poster-sized enlargement was rolled on top of a larger sheet of paper before inserting into the shipping cylinder so the edges of the photo were protected. A crumpled piece of packing paper was inserted into one end of the cylinder to prevent movement during shipping. Photo quality was very good. I did not have any problems with my order, so I cannot comment on customer service. I compared prices of poster-sized enlargements prior to choosing Club Photo, and they were among the most competitive. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely use Club Photo again for poster enlargements.
