This is a great scanner when I first got it. I wasnt sure how to set it up so i called tech support and they were just great!
They talked me tru the setup and even helped me do my first scan! I also loved the price you just cant beat the price of this scanner! It isnt a bad price compared to some of the other prices i looked at!
It came with a lot of photo software also! and that was a big help when it came right down to it!
This scanner is easy to use for the people that are not good with computers and also scans like a pro!
