According to the label this is a all organic cleaner and degreaser. It is concentrated and will clean any surface. It comes with a money back guarantee.
How it works
It is a typical spray bottle with 3 settings. Off, spray, and stream. You release the liquid by pumping the trigger underneath the nozzle.
Directions
1. Simply WOW is a concentrate. To avoid damaging surfaces always test for color fastness in an inconspicuous area- especially on aluminum or painted surfaces.
2. Spray or sponge on and allow to penetrate, lightly scrub the surface with a wet brush or sponge and rinse, repeat if necessary.
3. For laundry pre-wash, saturate stain and wash.
4. FOR ENGINE CLEANING: Use on cold, dry engine.
Not exactly the best direction in the world.
My experiences & tests.
Although it is intended for grease I went ahead and tried it on several different surfaces.
First I wanted to see how it did on dog snot (yes we have a new puppy as of a week ago) on our sliding glass door. I compared it to a Mr. Clean solution and Windex. Windex did the best because Mr. Clean and Simply WOW left oily residue. Ok, not what the product is designed for but I had to check.
It then wanted to see how well it did no calcium deposits on my shower stall. Although it reduced it, I found it did not do the job. So it is not an all around cleaner.
Since I was playing with coffee and soy sauce I went ahead and sprayed this on some stains to see how it did compared to their sister product, the Stain Pen(insert trade make sign here). It did absolutely nothing to the soy sauce what so ever. The stain was as dark as it was before I used the product. But it did a better job on the coffee spill than the Stain Pen. I could hardly tell that I had spilled coffee on it. It did a better job with the coffee than its cousin the Stain Pen.
I then went ahead and tried it on my microwave. There was no difference between using this chemical and ordinary water. I did the same thing on the stove and found that an ordinary water filled cotton towel worked just as well as with the cleaner.
Now I went ahead and did a test with olive oil to see if I really had a degreaser. I applied oil to two parts of a tray. I then applied the solution to one of the spots. I then rinsed both with water for 5 seconds. It was obvious that this was a degreaser but looking back at all my tests I found that it was not a great universal cleaner. Pretty much a one use product.

Summary
This is a typical degreaser solution. Although it does degrease, I did not find this product to be anything special. There are other products that do a better job of degreasing in my opinion. As far as a multi-use cleaner, I was not impressed.
