What type of thong are you talking about. This subject is SUPPOSED t be about racketball thongs (which I knew nothing about until I read an excellent article on here about them). They are straps designed to help you hold your racket apparently. Since most of you reading this probably just searched for "thong" I'll talk about the two things I think of when I think of the word thong. The first is thong sandals. Thong sandals are those flip-flops worn mainly by little kids, but they are also great for wearing at the beach. Thong sandals are also great in warm weather (as are any sandals - I love sandals). Flip-flops (or thong sandals) are COOL!:) Ok, they do look a little strange, but they're very comfortable and great for the beach and other, similar situations! The second thing (and the thing you are all waiting for me to get to) is thong undies and thong swimwear! I case you don't know this type of thong is basically a breif style, except it doesn't completely cover your behind, instead there is just a thin strip that goes between the cheeks. These have traditionally been for females, but male thongs are becoming easier and easer to find, and many mainstream stores like JCPenney sell them. I'm a guy and I wear thongs. I do so for one reason and ONLY one reason (I'm not gay and I don't wear them for sex reasons of any kind). I wear them for a reason that doesn't make sense unless you've worn one. THONG UNDIES ARE EXTREMALLY COMFORTABLE. People seem to think wearing a thong feels like getting a wedgie. NOT AT ALL. Thong undies are designed to COMFORTABLY fit in there. You don't notice them anywhere near as much as normal undies, and they provide you much more freedom of movement, and in the front they provide support to keep you from squishing yourself. I just wish I'd discovered thongs sooner, it could have saved me years of underwear dissatisfaction! I hope you enjoyed reading a little about the many types of thongs!!!
