Tiger isn't quite ready for Internet shopping

Totally unsatisfactory. They confirmed my internet order by e-mail, then after four days sent an e-mail demanding that I call them (I was working in Asia at the time) or they would cancel the order -- and that I could NOT respond by e-mail, since they might not read it. I canceled the order by e-mail, and bought the product from another vendor, paying for rush shipping to meet a deadline. Meanwhile, Tiger continued to send warning e-mails for a week. For an internet retailer, completely unsatisfactory.
