Music123 had slower than advertised shipping, and their customer service is not so great, even if you're patient enough to reach them. I'm disappointed all around in the selection and service. Their web site is pretty slow and sometimes broken, too.
I bought a 1/2 size guitar and a 1/2 size guitar case. The case turned out to be far too small for a 1/2 size guitar. When I politely suggested it was misleading to say the case was 1/2 size, the sales representative immediately hung up on me. Shipping was late. Their site says orders are shipped the next day and arrive in three business days. My Friday order was shipped partially on Monday and partially on Tuesday, and the second shipment arrived next Monday. The order should have been shipped Monday and should have arrived Thursday, according to their site.
Making a small change to my order required several long periods of waiting on hold, and the first person I talked to was not able to make the change and had to pass me off to somebody else.
I've spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting for customer service and sales. At least the guitar is nice, but now I have to pay to ship the case back, and find a case somewhere else since according to their sales representative they don't stock a case that fits, which is not very professional.
