Terrible Shipping & Receiving Departments!

I have only shopped there ONCE and will never shop there again. Why?
I ordered my Halloween costume from them about a week and a half before Halloween and asked for expedited shipping. They delivered to me a MENS costume instead of a LADIES! So with only a few days before Halloween I had no costume.
I called their customer service number and was told that they were now out of stock in the ladies!! Well, as far as I understood it, there should have been at least ONE there because I did not get the one I paid for!!! They offered me no help. They mailed me a return shipping label but could not refund my money until it was returned. Good grief!!
I ended up ordering another costume at another website and paying over $20 to have it shipped the next day. I returned the incorrect costume via UPS within a few days.
In the end, after FOUR weeks of no refund, and no answers I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. That got the ball rolling. It took me over a month to finally get a refund for the merchandise!!
I was very unsatisfied. They could have refunded me the shipping right away but they would not. They did not offer me any resolution and almost ruined my Halloween!
With this bad of customer service and poor shipping and receiving departments, I would not order from them if you are in a hurry or very dependent on what you are ordering!
