What a terrible ordering experience! Stay away from Overstock.com!
Worst return policy I have ever experienced. Not only does there return policy stink, but there customer on-line service is worse.
Order an ATV bag for my father as a gift. Turns out it was too small, so it needed to be returned. It took three emails from me, and then a phone call to figure out how to return it. I was finally instructed to return the bag, by paying for the shipping and handling myself. It cost me $12 to return ship this thing. AND then they charged me $5.50 to restock it. So it cost me over $17 (not counting original shipping costs) for a bag I did not even keep.
Then about two weeks after ordering the bag I ordered a watch for my wife. At this point I didn't get into the bag return mess yet. My wife did not like the watch. So I try to return it. Numerous emails from myself, twenty days later, and finally phone call to a manger there I'm able to return the watch at my cost. Which will be another $15-20 for return out of my pocket.
What a bargain!!! All said and done close to $40 for things I don't even have.
Two lessons here. Don't order from overstock.com, and always read closely the return policy.
