Placed order in October with a December 1 estimated delivery date. No further communication. Dec 1st I call and they said order had been pushed to Jan 1st. No notification, nothing. After 10+ calls to their customer service with many non-english speaking reps I find out they are located in Costa Rica. Some reps flat out lie and insist they are in Florida. I have been waiting for them to return my $2,000 but each time I call they have another excuse. This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself a whole lot of grief. Don't buy an Alienware computer. I can't even tell you how the computer works but the service is horrendous. Call them yourself at 305-251-9797 or 1-800-Alienware and ask to speak to billing or customer service. You will see what I'm talking about. The sales reps are American but that is it. From then on you deal with one inept person after another.
