This is the first online review I have ever written. And, I just wanted to share my positive experience with this product because I know that many people have read the previous review (as well as others from different websites) and have decided not to purchase. I have never made pasta in my life, nor have I seen pasta being made or had any previous knowledge of the pasta making process. I used this product the other day. I pretty much used the manufacturer's recipe, except I used whole wheat flour, and I ended up adding a tad more water. I was nervous because I had read iffy reviews. But, it worked just fine and I was very pleased.
