EXCELLENT Customer Service - before AND after the sale!

It is rare in today's online market place to find a company who still has good old-fashioned customer service practices. My experience with Carolina Rustica was like dealing with a good old friend.
From the start of the sale, I got prompt responses to my emails - and after I placed the order, I got weekly updates until the product shipped. I had ordered a 'special order' Tiffany Stained Glass Window from Meyda which was a VERY LARGE window - so they told me upfront that the expected delivery time would be 3 weeks as it would ship direct from the factory.
It took 4 weeks to arrive and had one minor flaw. When I spoke to the customer service reps, they told me they'd refund the shipping charges on the window to make up for the flaw -- with a total purchase price with shipping of $675 -- considering the shipping was $125 (freight shipping due to size) -- I thought that was an incredible show of customer service on their part. I was also impressed that when they found that it could take up to 4 weeks -- they even updated their estimated shipping time on their website for this product - something I have never seen before.
Again -- from start to finish -- I received prompt, courteous, and VERY friendly service from Carolina Rustica.
I'm an EXTREMELY picky person when it comes to customer service -- and Carolina Rustica shined above the rest in my experience.
Anyone who says different -- obviously has unreasonable expectations!
