My experience with Diamond.com was absolutely horrible. I ordered diamond stud earrings from them as a Christmas present for my wife. I placed the order on December 22nd, placing full faith in the guarantee posted on their site that the earrings would arrive the next day, well in advance of the holiday. There was a label right on the item page stating that the earrings were in stock and qualified for the overnight shipping offer in time for the holidays.
Well, they never came! When I called to follow up on the order, the unhelpful representative told me that they were out of stock. When I said that the site clearly stated that they were in stock and would arrive the next day, he said Yeah, they do that. Its in case we get more in. That is outrageous!
Its also shocking that Diamond.com never e-mailed or called to warn me of the delay and when I asked they said that they were sorry but they were too busy during the holidays to notify people that their orders weren't being shipped. This is incredibly bad service, especially during the holidays. I blame them for my unnecessary Christmas Eve trip to the mall. I would NEVER order anything from this company again.
