The Bottom Line: YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! IN THE STORES OR ON THE TOLL FREE NUMBER!!

ONCE AGAIN!!!! FOR THE 5TH TIME..... MY NAME IS KIMBERLY . ALSO, PLEASE UPDATE THAT ADDRESS BECAUSE I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE ONE PIECE OF MAIL AT THIS ADDRESS. I HAVE MOVED FROM FLORIDA IN OCTOBER 2005. I NOW LIVE IN NEW JERSEY.
I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CONTINUALLY TALK TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS (IF I GET THROUGH WITH MY NO SERVICE TELEPHONE.) I EITHER GET HUNG UP ON BEFORE I SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR I TALK TO SOMEONE WHO GIVES ME LIES OR HAS NO IDEA (AND I MEAN CLUELESS) WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. FOR EXAMPLE: NO ONE INCLUDING YOU STORE EMPLOYEES HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT A NETWORK CARD IS????? HOW YOU YOU SELL SOMETHING YOUR EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS. THEY INSIST I AM SPEAKING OF PCS ONLINE. ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES REALLY THIS DUMB?
IT IS REALLY FUSTRATING FOR ME CONSIDERING AT ONE POINT MY PHONE BILL RAN ABOUT 250-500 DOALLARS A MONTH!!! AND MY SERIVCE WAS NEVER DISCONNECTED FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR!!! ALL THIS MONEY I AM SPENDING AND CONTINUE TO SPEND ON SOMETHING I CAN'T EVEN USE??? I AM NOT DUMB. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I CAN NOT USE. I DEMAND THIS PROBLEM (HAVING NO SERVICE) BE FIXED! WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING I CAN NOT USE. I AM TIRED OF STANDING IN THE RAIN OUTSIDE TO GET SERVICE OR HAVING TO DRIVE TO A PARKING LOT BY MY HOUSE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL!!! THIS IS BULL . NOT TO MENTION I NEVER GET INCOMING CALLS!!! COMPARE MY BILLS... YOU WILL SEE I NEVER USE MY PHONE!!!
PLEASE LOOK IN MY NOTES!! I I HAVE CALLED A DOZEN TIMES REGARDING THIS MATTER. I HAVE BEEN TO 3 DIFFRENT "SPRINT PCS STORES" IN THIS AREA. NONE OF WHICH COULD HELP ALL THEY KNOW ABOUT WAS "NEXTEL" WHAT ABOUT SPRINT? I EXPLAIN THE SAME STORY EVERYTIME AND THEN ARGUE CAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT GOING ON. ANOTHER EXAMPLE: THE 2ND LINE FOR MY NETWORK CARD! RETURNING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. I ARGUEED WITH 3 OF YOUR REPS WONDERING WHEN I GET IT BACK. THEY ALL TOLD ME I GOT IT BACK ALREADY. COME TO FIND OUT THE DEPOSIT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT WAS FROM MY 457-**** # AND I GOT THAT BACK BEFORE I PURCHASED THE NETWORK....COME ON! ARE YOU SERIOUS???? OH BY THE WAY, I HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN KIT 3 SEPERATE TIMES WITH THE SORRY SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT) AND HAVE YET TO RECIEVE IT. SO I HAVE ANOTHER 100.00 HELD UP ON THIS NETWORK CARD THAT CAN NOT BE BROUGHT BACK TO THE STORE AND IS USELESS TO ME!!!
