I know! I mentioned they used disposable batteries for all of the ones that did, I think. My review is a little bit dated now, but you can still find the Visor Deluxe online or at many stores even though it's discontinued.

The Sony is really the best deal now, I think, since they've dropped the price. It can be found fairly easily for around $150 now.

none of the PDAs that you've mentioned (except for the Sony Clie PEG-S320 and the Palm IIIc) have a rechargeable battery. They feature removable batteries. The Visor Neo was intended to replace the Visor Platinum and force the discontiuation of the Visor Deluxe.
