This response is obviously a "plant" from Cingular Wireless or someone connected with them as a decoy or perhaps employed by them to try and save them from due criticism and objective opinions of the users of their poor service. All anyone of intelligence, which includes the rest of us, has to do in order to accurately determine the correctness of the original author is to read the news and the opinion polls of such qualified survey companies as J. D. Powers & Associates, et al, and it quickly becomes apparent that Cingular Wireless is among the worst wireless service providers anywhere. In addition, there is a plethora of information in regard to their poor service, the worst customer service, and under handedness with changing and reducing service offerings that were part of their agreements with their customers. Needless to say, if their customers were to ever attempt to do the kinds of things that Cingular Wireless does, they would pursue them with a vengeance. Therefore, we are turning the tables on them this time. The critic who made a poor attempt to justify the conduct of Cingular Wireless and asserted such uneducated guesses in their ridiculous comments shows most certainly a lack of knowledge of the matters involved, or is perhaps an employee of Cingular Wireless or connected with them is some way. Fortunately for the rest of us, we all know better, and Cingular Wireless is being brought to task.
