Service Comparable With Price

I have both Blockbuster and Intelliflix services. There are some significant differences in terms of speed of turnaround of DVDs. I am receiving about 12-13 DVDs a month from Blockbuster plus I get two instore rentals free for 16.99 per month. With Intelliflix, I receive 8-9 rentals per month. Neither service has a great record of getting what I want when I want it; however, Blockbuster has more of the movies that I am putting in my queue. I cannot tell with Intelliflix what is available and what is not. I have never neeeded to use customer support with Blockbuster because they have consistently delivered what they said they were going to. Intelliflix has responded to my requests for assistance within 3-4 days of my request and have taken care of what they needed to do. Overall, I am okay with Intellflix so far (5 months into my one year agreement). I am getting about 2/3 of what I get from Blockbuster for about 1/2 the price of Blockbuster. I am keeping my expectations realistic. When it costs Intelliflix $0.78 to do a rental in just postage, I am not expecting to see 15-20 movies a month for $8.25 a month. It's just not going to happen.
