| mysteryonion's Full Review: Whirlpool GHW9150 Front Load Washer |
Had the machine for over a year (94) and it was great, super clean and quiet like everyone else. Now we are plagued with the F11 problem. We used to own a Maytag and it too had problems when its -wax switch- went so we dumped it and went with cosmr-repts pick. Good for a year and now an unreliable $1000 paperweight. Based on the nightmare of dealing with Maytag's repair people,They refused to acknowledge a well documented problem, I chose to look into the matter MYSELF and without Whirlpool.
01/20/2006 POSSIBLE SOLUTION ! On my machine it seems to be my LINE FILTER connector (locate manual on web). I adjusted it at BOTH ENDS and stuck a piece of tubing on the CCU side of the connection to hold it down on the board preventing vibration from dislodging it! Over a dozen loads and no f11!
