Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. This is the first online review I have written as I have never felt more compelled to write one. I joined a wineclub and experienced missed shipments, terrible customer service, and very poor wine. I decided to cancel after 5 months. Then I did not receive a refund for the remaining months. I called 6 months later, waited for over 45 minutes for customer service (you call customer service then have to go over to corporate) to get a refund. I then get two emails weeks apart for different amounts of refunds being confirmed. Only, they never credited my credit card. I call back a month later, wait another 30 minutes for customer service, then they tell me they don't know what happened and they say they will try to credit my card again... only that I need to check my statement and call them again in a few days to see if it went through.... unbelievable... I wish I could get a complete refund as the wines I got from them are terrible as well (Can be found at local stores for much cheaper).
