VERY DECEITFUL STORE *Update

My father ordered a cosleeper from Baby Bungalow for me. A month after placing the order he checked on the status by email (after I bugged him for 3 weeks). There has been no reply to the inquiry.
I took over from that point and began calling Baby Bungalow, but no one ever answers the phone. Heeding the advice I then looked up epinions.com I left a message stating that I need to place an order hoping for a return call. When I do get someone on the phone I will be canceling his order! This is ridiculous.
But here is the clincher: take a look at the reviews on this site. On April 29, 2005 there are 28 five star reviews, all written by members that registered that day, have only written one review to date and have 0 member and total visits!!! Hmmm - could it be that someone at Baby Bungalow spent the day creating phony reviews? April 26th has 7 five star reviews. I feel that someone has falsely raised the rating of this merchant and that is totally unacceptable.
I realize that I will probably show up as a reviewer that just registered today and has zero member & total visits because I have always only read reviews on this site. It just seems pretty coincidental that 28 people decided to take the plunge on the same day to write a POSITIVE review. We all know the negatives spur us into action much more often!
***Update***
I called and left a message at Baby Bungalow under the guise of wanting to place an order. I got a return call almost immediately! A woman left me a message to call back at (603) 225-2551, so anyone trying to contact Baby Bungalow may get an answered phone at that number.
I have not tried to call them because I was waiting for confirmation from my father that he could cancel the charges on his credit card. Amazingly the cosleeper actually appeared...4+ weeks after the order was placed. No emails were ever answered by Baby Bungalow.
So in the end we received our order, but the service is ridiculous. I will never give my business (or that of my family!) to this company.
