I shop on Sears site alot! I have never before had a problem with them
The prices are great. They have sales and clearance items quite often and the shipping is low.
At Sears.com you can be sure you will find everything that is in the actual store and more. They have a large variety or products including tools, appliances, home goods and more. It is a great place to shop for all your many needs. On average I shop there in the online store at least 4 times per year if not more. I have come to know and trust the site very much.
It is very easy to order from them too. You just click add to cart on the items you want. It shows your total as you go. When done shopping you click on the check out button, and give your shipping info and payment method and your done! Simple as that.
Sears.com has friendly and fast customer service through email and or by phone which you can find on the web page. They get back to you very quickly and treat the customer with respect.
The last thing I ordered was a micro wave which was 149.99. Very fair priced. I received it in tip top condition, they provided tracking information for me so I could check the progress and they offered a warranty which I gladly accepted.
So yes, I was and always am very satisfied with the service I receive from Sears.com and do highly recommend them.
I know this is suposed to be a right to the point kind of review. But I also wanted to mention that they accept all major credit cards and e-checks as well. They are also a secure site and you can feel safe putting your info through to them.
