After about 4 months of use the front screen cracked and a dark blue ink spot started appearing. Luckily the inside screen was still OK. Motorola said this was abuse and wouldn't pay for the repair. I have now had the phone 1 year and the batteries are lasting only about 3 days on standby even if I turn it off at night. My wife has the same phone and is experiencing similar battery life.
