Overall the my service has been great. I recieved my first rebate as credit on my first two bills, my second rebate 3 months later, and my third rebate is still pending(5months and counting... this was from getconnected.com however).

I do have a few beefs with my coverage in the Madison,WI area. It seems that my phone service drops consitently around 3am every night for some reason and in addition there are some areas (e.g. around lake mendota) that can get no coverage at all. Furthermore inside any building that has walls made of anything but wood or glass my phone gets no signal at all. I really have to wonder about Sprints coverage claims when they can't even cover the state capital.

I have been pleased with their service elsewhere though. I have used my phone in New York City, PA, Chicago, & Las Vegas with no problems what-so-ever.

My rate plan is the phones best part 250 min anytime and 1250 min night&weekend all for $35 a month + around $5 taxes. Through sprint I recieved $70 in rebates and through getconnected.com I should be recieving another $100 in rebates.
