Pros: OK Signal
Cons: Not honest people, I would never do business with them again. BE WARY Of FRAUD.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy Dish Network. Deceiving, dishonest, people, Customer Service is terrible.

Disaster Customer Service, Dishonest people

Last September 2005 I went with Dish Network from Direct TV. We were promised a gift for signing up. A Home Entertainment System with a DVD, etc. I mailed the paperwork with my receipt and all instructions as they requested. Well, 16 weeks later, I was denied the gift.
I call the All-Sat and question them, here is what they said:
SCOTT: I have records of your name or account, sorry.
Roger: Oh yes, you have forgotten to mail your receipt, therefore you do not qualify.
The third, an e-mail was sent tome:
Albert,
Your gift offer rebate was denied for the following reasons:
1: DISH Network bill showing programming activation was not included.
2: Rebate paperwork was not postmarked within 45 days of activation as required. Activation was 9/4 and the rebate was postmarked 11/1.

Also, per our Terms and Conditions, should you disconnect before your 1 year contract is up you will be subject for a $240 chargeback from DISH Network, and a $295 chargeback from AllSat
..so I would suggest you prepare for those charges should you disconnect.
