Barry Root or Barry Tuber illustrates the real tales of super potato, who is faster than a bounding stalk of celery, more power than a steaming radish? Brave Potatoes sounds like fun.

Check it out from the library like I did. Much cheaper.
Thanks so much for the read and comment.

I must have this book! Unfortunately, when I clicked the Amazon link, the listed price was $39.50. I'll have to shop around. Hilarious review- thanks!

I meant to say that your review reminded me of those wonderful children's books written by Maurice Sendak. Sadly, they weren't about potatoes, but were also fun adventures.

This review appears to be as well written as the amazing book that you were reviewing! Maybe I'm wrong, but I get the sense that you might have liked this book just a little bit!
After reading your glowing review, I will definitely check out this book. I don't have very young kids at home anymore, so I'll just have to read it to myself!
GREAT JOB!!!!
