Terrible return policy, horrible customer service! Avoid them!

Absolutely would never ever shop at American Blind and Wallpaper(also does business as Decorate Today) ever again. I ordered curtains and was never told about their $5 processing fee until I did the math on my own afterward and realized the price was higher than it should have been. They told me the curtains would be here on January 4th, which was less than a week from when I ordered them. When I called on January 6th to track them, I was told they were backordered until the beginning of February! No one even told me. So I waited and waited and found that the company was offering 25% off on the curtains. Clearly since the item had not been shipped they should give me the sale price, right? Nope. I did my own search and found the same item much cheaper at windowtoppers.com, so I called American Blind and Wallpaper to cancel the order. They told me they will wait 72 hours and if it hasn't shipped by then, they will refund me. However, miraculously mine shipped on the 72nd hour (I'm not kidding). They do not allow refunds so I'm out of luck. Terrible terrible store!
I should mention, after reading another review I remembered just how pushy the girl on the phone was to get my credit card #. I tried to get off the phone to make sure they were what I wanted (being the return policy was so bad), so I told her my credit card was in my car. She said she'd hold, and did for 10 minutes! Too pushy!
