Stay away!! Terrible Service!

I saw a good review for Intelliflix on a comparison site and thought the idea of having dvds and games in the same service was great, so I signed up. Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews on this site before doing so. First of all, rather than ship me anything on the first day like most services do, it was two days before the first title shipped, and it was #17 in my queue. 2 days later (4 days since I had signed up), they finally shipped two more, which were even lower than 17 in my queue. Today has been 11 days since I signed up and I have yet to receive a single title from them. It seems like my first month will be halfway through before I even have all 3 of my starting titles, all of which were very low priority for me anyway.
I contacted them to ask why the first 16 titles in my queue were skipped and they responded with "We are working on being able to send you your selections in roughly the order you have them in your queue instead of from whatever the shipping center closest to you has in stock." This explains why they were sending me titles in no particular order, but doesn't explain why if this shipping center was close to me, why it has been over a week and I still have nothing.
I chose this service because the review I read said they had super fast shipping times and because of the fact that I could get dvds and games from the same service. The fact that you can get both doesn't matter much when they just send you whatever they feel like sending you and it takes so long to get to me. Avoid this service at all costs. I am going back to Gamefly after this horrible month of service is finally up. They are slow on shipping too but at least they follow the queue and I know they will get to me in 3 days or so.
