I bought a book at bookcloseouts.com intending to use it as a Christmas gift. It arrived battered and bruised -- probably because of inadequate packaging. Otherwise its condition prior to shipping was not as described. My e-mail describing the condition of the book elicited no response except an automated receipt. I would give this seller an F and will avoid them in future.
