I can just about guarantee that just about everyone you have talked to, even yourself, has said that it is impossible to lose weight. That's not true. There is one way to lose for sure.
First of all, you need to find an average amount of calories that you consume a day. And then calculate how much exercise, if any. For example, if you are 200 lbs. and consume approx. 3,500 calories a day, and exercise 10 minutes a day, there is only one "easy" way to lose weight. Before you eat, find out how many calories that you are going to consume in that meal.
As said before, if you usually take in 3,500 a good start to lose weight is to cut down your calorie intake to 3,000 a day and exercise 20 mins instead of 10. If you do this everyday for atleast a month you are guaranteed to lose lose your extra fat, depending on your body.
This is the only simple way. There are the diets that starve you, but this easy.
By cutting down on 500 calories a day and just a little more exercise, you can lose in no time. It just takes a little practice to turn down the foods you crave. There are ways though. If it is 11 o'clock at night and you crave cake, tell yourself that the cake will do you no good and then find something else to do such as read, surf the net, or even sleep and then by the time you are finished your craving might be gone. I encourage all people to try this simple diet for atleast a month and you are guaranteed to lose.
You also need to be sure that you get your right vitamins. Since I am a vegetarian I lack some vitamins so I have to find other sources of protein. So make sure that you eat right, exercise, and take care of your body.
Losing weight can be easy or difficult, it is how you make it. With the right motivation and self-esteem, you can be healthy in fit in no time. You are the only one who can make the choice.
