Very poor customer service unwilling to satisfy the customer. The store badly mis-stated the sizing of my shorts, and even though it was their mistake, they insisted on charging me a "reshipping charge" to get my item exchanged. Beware - they also charged my credit card on file for this reshipping charge even though I did not authorize the charge.
I have dealt with many online retailers and this is the least reputable I have encountered.
