Can't figure out why we let him remain in Afghanistan as long as we did, in spite of veiled claims of responsibility for the Khobar Towers, The US Embassies, and the USS Cole. On top of that, he has repeatedly threatened (to include a 60 Minutes piece) to destroy the United States.
Too many people must have thought "it can't happen to us..." I guess it takes a terrible tragedy to wake people up.

I agree, great review.
I plan to fly this evening from Dallas home to Orlando after being in Texas on business for several months.
I am always scared to fly, I require a couple of cocktails before I board. But I am no more scared than I usually am.
After all we can't live like scared little rabbits. We have a lot of military people that are flying to less friendly skies right now, and Thank God they are not too scared to do that.
I also agree, those that have it need to spend it. I have been doing that too. My husband has also purchase stocks. I have done my female share of spending also.
I do not mean any disrespect here but many more people died that were just going about their business and working than were on airplanes on 9/11.
I also was pleased that President Bush addressed the attacks on Muslims, Arabs, etc. I have heard many have come forward to assist the administration in their work to find those that have backed financially or assisted the terrorist.
We did not all get paranoid over tall white guys with light brown hair after Timothy McVeigh committed his evil acts. Need to put this in prospective.
