and comprehensive too.
I have only been using xp for a short time,so maybe I haven't figured this out yet- but I have not been able to use several programs that I had purchased for 98, just a year ago. Since you mentioned compatibility with 2000, I just looked on the box for the Cooking Light 4.0 cd-rom, and it is for 95 and win 3.1- so it didn't even mention 98,but it worked with 98;just not xp.
As for the other applications that don't work, I will have to investigate. One thing I did notice, is that I was told to expect problems loading games; but my Hoyle Mahjong Tiles cd-rom installed fine. It is for 95/98.
