I can still recall thinking "He loves the tub - he'll love the shower too!" That lasted about 3 seconds before he almost broke my ear drum with what can only be called a "siren scream".

Dina! This was so thorough; so complete. Now, all us parents who have bathed our little ones know the ABCs of bath-time. But, many of us forget the equal importance of the DEFs (if we even knew them).

Thanks, Kimm! Jeremy is now 3 years and 3 months. At 17 months, he was still in the screaming stuff. It took us a solid year to develop all of these strategies and the list of fun stuff keeps growing and changing as he gets older. He loves bath time now, sometimes requesting to be stripped down so he can go. I'm sure you'll have some fun times ahead!

in title and execution -
curious to how old your toddler is? - Colin is almost 17 months and our bathtub is old and yucky so we are limited to the snug fit tub and a tiny bathroom - I miss the fun many people seem to have ,,,,, Kimm

LOL, but oh no! I hope that isn't what it sounds like! ABC, DEF... I thought it made sense. I hope so! Hmmm... I'll have to see if anyone else thinks that too. Maybe a title change will be in order. Thanks for the comment. Heads up for sure!

Your title scared me for a minute. I saw the DEF's of child bathing and I thought you meant DEF as in Defecation and were going to write about kids pooping in the bathtub. Hehehehhehe. Good review.
