Oh, my lord....I can't imagine ANYONE, EVER selecting the Klondike Hotel as their Las Vegas vacation destination. It's small, dirty, off the beaten path, and a total eyesore to the senses. ALL of them.

The bottom line would be, book your travel plans out to Las Vegas, when it comes to room reservations, EARLY. Don't wait until the last minute, THEN have to settle for a dive like the Klondike. Heck, if you're looking for how Las Vegas might've been like in the 1920's, the Klondike is for you. But, for all of us that would rather use a facility with indoor plumbing, head down the strip a bit farther. It's worth the gasoline.
